01 Health
Build sustainable habits.
Build the body you want to live in for decades: nutrition, sleep, strength, cooking, prevention.
02 Beauty
Age with confidence.
Beauty doesn’t disappear with age. It evolves: skin, hair, style, posture, self-care.
03 Longevity
Prioritize healthspan.
More years matter most when they are healthy years: mobility, cognition, independence, aging science.

Things I’m thinking about…
-
Is health only about food and exercise?
I used to think health was a simple sum: eat well, move more. I no longer think it is that simple.
-
Why does there never seem to be enough time?
Many of us are not short of time. We have lost our rhythm.
-
What does beauty mean at 50?
A woman at 50 should not need to pretend she is 25. So what is the more interesting question?

What is happiness?
Someone confined to a bed may envy the person who can walk.
Someone with $100,000 may envy the person with $1 million.
But as I approach fifty, I find myself envying something different:
time.

Meet Rong
I’m not trying to stop aging.
I’m trying to learn how to age well.
After a career in corporate finance and nearly twenty years running a Chinese restaurant in America, I became a student of health. Approaching fifty, I started asking how to eat, how to move, how to protect my mind—and what kind of one-hundred-year-old I want to be. Those questions became notebooks, and the notebooks became books.
